Bobby Wheeler, Jr took home the 1st place trophy in his 1947 Ford, the 22-car.  Bobby was also the 2014 season champion.  He took the checkered flag for several Main Events, Trophy Dashes and Heat Races ending his season with 890-Points.  His 1947 Ford was build by Kevin Rinkel.  Bobby began racing in 1973 with A Quarter Midgets.  He started racing with VMRA in 1994, he figured it was the fastest car for the money.  Bobby drove his dad’s car once and was hooked from that point.  Congratulations to Bobby Wheeler, Jr. for yet another championship.  Pictured with Bobby and his 1st place trophy is Robert Rux, board president and Ken Jackson, crew chief.
