Evergreen Speedway on Saturday June 25th had a couple unfortunate events. 

Vince Conwell #82 had a blown-up engine before time trials even began. However, Rick Villyard #2 loaned his car to Vince so he could still run #82 since Vince in second in points. Great sportsmanship between the two teams.

Mitch Woods #37 had a substitute driver and blew-up the engine before time trials.  Unbelievable! Such unfortunate situations with two teams before racing even began.

Steve Woods #22 took 1st place in the Main Event and 4th place in the Heat Race.  Steve is currently in 1st place with a total of 307 Points.  Pictured with Steve in the winner stand is his lovely wife Becca. Pictured with the trophy is Becca and their two children, Emma and Sebastion.  Congratulations Steve to another successful day of racing.  

Second place in both the Main Event and the Heat Race is #30 Kyten Jones.  Kyten also had the fastest time at 17.582.  Kyten is currently in 5th place with a total of 215-points. Pictured with Kyten is his adorable son Kamden looking very handsome with the trophy. 

Kahl Cheth #23 came in 3rd place in the Main Event and 5th place in the Heat Race. Kahl is holding 6th place overall with a total of 207 points. 

Jason Quatsoe #8 took 4th place in the Main Event and 1st place in the Heat Race.  Jason has a total of 243-points and is holding 4th place overall.

#57 Shane Strimple came in 5th place in the Main Event and last in the Heat Race. Currently holding 3rd place with a total of 249-points.

Vince Conwell racing #82 came in 6th place for the Main Event and 3rd place in the Heat Race. Vince is currently in 2nd place with a total of 278 points.

Mike Clother #7 came in last in the Main Event and 6th place in the Heat Race. Mike has had a bit of car trouble this year, missing a few races himself.  He is in 9th place with a total of 118-points.

Our next race will be at Hermiston Speedway on July 23rd
