When our site was first created they offered free training and non stop support as I was first stumbling through trying to learn the art of being a Web Master. We actually out grew our first website, which was pretty exciting. It was a bit frustrating at first until Big Mountain came through with the website we are currently using. They went above and beyond in their support and sponsorship. Erika, from Big Mountain Web Design, was on maternity leave of absence and she still followed through with their support and totally redesigned the website we currently use.
